The Advanced Aviation Training Device (AATD) is capable of FAA certification. The AATD is a stand-alone trainer used for specific pilot training in the commercial and military industry. This PC-based trainer can be used for operational and procedural exercises for flight training and ground performance tasks.
These AATDs can be generic or type-specific. ASE’s trainers are furnished with realistic cockpit displays, force feedback controls, and a one channel visual system. AATDs are ideal for a variety of applications for flight schools and training facilities.
